Welcome to Laxmi Tours and Travels. By using our website or booking our car rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services offered

  • We provide car rental services including airport transfers, city-to-city trips, outstation journeys, corporate pick-and-drop, and local hourly rentals.
  • All services are operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Pickup and drop locations are subject to availability in our service area.
  • Vehicles are owned and operated by Laxmi Tours and Travels or affiliated partner drivers.

2. Booking and confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call within 15 minutes of submission.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team.
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary based on vehicle availability, season, and specific requirements.

3. Pricing and payments

  • Fares shown are one-way drop prices unless explicitly stated as round trip.
  • Toll tax, state tax, parking charges, and driver allowance are billed separately at actuals.
  • For round trips beyond 300 km, a driver allowance of ₹400/night is applicable.
  • Night charges (10 PM – 6 AM) attract an additional 25% on sedan and SUV tariffs.
  • Payment is made directly to the driver in cash, UPI, or by card on the day of travel.
  • No advance payment is required for regular bookings. Corporate clients may be asked for a token advance.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the fare.
  • No-shows (driver not contacted before cancellation) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Driver and vehicle

  • All drivers are background-verified employees or partners of Laxmi Tours and Travels.
  • Drivers will arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle at no extra cost.
  • Clients are responsible for the behaviour of their passengers during the trip.

6. Luggage and belongings

  • Laxmi Tours and Travels is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

7. Route and timing

  • The driver will take the most practical route. Route changes during the trip may attract additional charges if significantly out of the planned itinerary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.

8. User responsibilities

  • You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all passengers comply with traffic laws and vehicle safety guidelines.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Laxmi Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare amount paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
